Description

Product Introduction

Epoxy anti-static floor coating primer is a high-performance, solvent-based, two-component epoxy resin coating specifically designed to provide effective static dissipation for industrial and commercial flooring applications. When paired with E552 anti-static epoxy self-leveling topcoat, this primer forms a complete anti-static floor system, ensuring a safe and reliable surface for environments where static control is essential. Whether you need to prevent static accumulation in flour mills, perfume factories, or electronic manufacturing facilities, our anti-static epoxy floor paint offers fast drying, durability, and superior electrical conductivity, making it an ideal choice for your anti-static floor coating needs.

Product Features

  1. Superior Electrical Conductivity: Our primer boasts excellent static dissipation capabilities, with a typical resistance of 1×104 ohms. This ensures that static charges are effectively conducted away from the surface, reducing the risk of static-related accidents.
  2. Easy Application: The coating is designed for seamless application, ensuring smooth roll coating without obstacles. This feature makes it an ideal choice for large-scale anti-static floor paint projects.
  3. Durability and Fast Drying: With a surface dry time of only 2 hours and a hard dry time of 12 hours, our anti-static epoxy floor coating is perfect for busy industrial settings where downtime needs to be minimized.

Standards

Our anti-static floor coating primer complies with the industry-standard HG/T3829-2006, ensuring high quality and reliability for all anti-static epoxy floor coating applications. This standardization guarantees that our products meet the highest performance criteria, providing you with a safe and durable solution for your flooring needs.

Application Scope

  1. Static Dissipation and Protection: Our anti-static floor coating primer effectively discharges static charges to prevent accidents caused by static accumulation. It also shields against electromagnetic interference and prevents dust adhesion, making it ideal for various anti-static floor coating applications.
  2. Suitable for Industrial Environments: It is widely used in electronic factory workshops, pyrotechnic product factories, flour mills, and other areas where static control is crucial.

Precautions

  1. Environmental Requirements: The concrete floor must have a compressive strength of ≥20MPa and a tensile strength of ≥1.5MPa. The surface should be flat (±4mm/2m straightedge), dry, clean, and free of oil and other contaminants.
  2. Application Conditions: The base ground temperature should be between 5-35℃, with an application environment temperature of 5-35℃. The base ground moisture content should be <8%, and the relative humidity of the application environment should be <80%.
  3. Surface Preparation: Before application, remove dust, sand, cement scum, oil, and old coatings from the base surface. Grind to create a rough surface to open the capillaries of the base surface.
  4. Theoretical Consumption: Approximately 0.2 kg per square meter.
  5. Usage Method: Mix the main agent and curing agent at a mass ratio of 5:1. After mixing and stirring evenly, apply the coating. The mixture of A and B components should be used within 60 minutes. If the viscosity of the material increases significantly, it should not be used and should be discarded.
  6. Storage Conditions: Store at a temperature of 5-35℃ in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, away from sources of ignition and heat, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
