E822 Solvent-Free Intermediate Paint is a solvent-free epoxy resin coating designed for leveling and surface preparation in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, and offices. Composed of liquid epoxy resin, low-viscosity curing agent, pigments, fillers, and additives, this product offers high mechanical strength, excellent filling ability, and resistance to pressure and impact. Its low VOC emissions and fast drying time make it an eco-friendly and efficient choice for high-demand flooring projects.

Product Information

• Components:
  • Component A: Viscous liquid, 20kg/barrel.
  • Component B: Tan liquid, 4kg/barrel.
• Mixing Ratio: A:B = 5:1 (by weight).
• Packaging: Printed metal drums. Recommended stacking up to three layers.
• Storage: Store at 5-35℃ in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.

Application Guidelines

• Surface Preparation:
  • Ensure the concrete floor is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
  • Use putty to smooth cracks and holes, and apply a primer to seal the base surface.
• Coverage: Approximately 0.5 kg/square meter (one pass of 80-120 mesh sand or 400 mesh powder).
• Application Method: Apply by scraping using a push knife.
• Pot Life: Use within 40 minutes after mixing.

Construction Conditions

• Ground Temperature: 5-35℃.
• Ambient Temperature: 5-35℃.
• Moisture Content: <8%.
• Relative Humidity: <80%.

• Skin Contact: Wash with plenty of water and remove contaminated clothing.
