The production base of Jinyu Coatings in Dachang is located in the Jinyu Modern Industrial Park in Dachang, Langfang City, 20 km away from the Beijing Sub – center. The park covers an area of 1,800 mu. Seven new building materials enterprises of the group have settled in, with a total investment of over 5.5 billion yuan. The production capacity of the Jinyu Coatings production base is 100,000 tons, with an investment of 250 million yuan. The entire production process is controlled by computers and uses a Siemens pneumatic system for automatic feeding, automatic metering, and automatic discharging. 
The Dachang production base is divided into three production areas: 
Water – based Coatings Production Area: A latex paint production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons; a thick – coat paint production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons; a thin – type fire – retardant paint production line with an annual output of 15,000 tons; a supporting adhesive production line with an annual output of 5,000 tons. 
Powder Production Area: A powder production line with an annual output of 30,000 tons. 

Gypsum – based Production Line: A gypsum – based steel structure fire – retardant paint production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons.
