Construction Process

The difference between the construction process of epoxy orange peel floor paint and ordinary epoxy floor paint lies in the last process. First, apply a textured finsh topcoat, and roll it on the surface of the epoxy floor with a roughened roller to form a non-slip epoxy orange peel floor.
Epoxy orange peel floor process: plain floor polishing, primer layer construction, epoxy mortar layer, epoxy putty layer, finish topcoat layer construction
1. Plain ground treatment: clean and polish the construction site.
2. Primer layer construction: mix epoxy resin and curing agent in the correct proportion and roll or apply it. The primer hardening time is more than 8 hours.
3. Epoxy mortar layer: mix epoxy resin and curing agent and other main agents according to the correct proportion, add appropriate amount of quartz sand and powder, stir evenly, and use a knife to scrape the ground. After hardening, the mortar layer is polished and cleaned.
4. Epoxy putty layer: Mix the main agent and curing agent in the correct proportion, add an appropriate amount of powder after mixing, stir evenly, and use a trowel to evenly scrape the ground. The hardening time of the epoxy putty layer is more than 8 hours.
5. Construction of topcoat layer: Mix the main agent and curing agent in the correct proportion, apply evenly first, and then use a pattern roller to roll the topcoat
6. Topcoat maintenance: pedestrians can walk in 48 hours and loads can be carried in seven days (when the temperature is below 25 degrees Celsius, the maintenance period should be appropriately extended)
