Product Information

• Components:

• Packaging: Printed metal drums. Recommended stacking up to three layers.
• Storage: Store at 5-35℃ in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.

Surface Preparation

Before application, ensure the base surface is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or old coatings. The concrete floor should meet the following requirements:

• Compressive Strength: ≥20MPa.
• Tensile Strength: ≥1.5MPa.
• Flatness: ±4mm/2m.

Application Guidelines

• Theoretical Coverage: Approximately 0.25-0.35 kg/square meter (varies by color).
• Mixing Ratio: A:B = 4:1 (by weight). Mix thoroughly before use.
• Pot Life: Use within 45 minutes after mixing.
• Application Methods: Brushing, rolling, or spraying. Ensure even application without accumulation or leakage.
• Dilution: 0-5% (if necessary).

Construction Conditions

• Ground Temperature: 5-35℃.
• Ambient Temperature: 5-35℃.
• Moisture Content: <8%.
• Relative Humidity: <80%.

Construction Tips

• Ensure the construction environment is clean and dust-free.
• Stir the paint thoroughly after opening to avoid color differences.
• Avoid construction at temperatures below 5℃ or in humid conditions.
• Ideal construction humidity: 35%-80% (relative humidity).
