Product Introduction

E811-2 Solvent-Free Primer & Intermediate Coating is a versatile, solvent-free epoxy resin varnish designed for high-performance flooring systems. Composed of liquid epoxy resin and low-viscosity solid chemical components, this product can be used as a primer or, with the addition of quartz sand, as an intermediate coat. It is ideal for creating a strong, durable foundation for epoxy flooring in industrial, commercial, and residential settings.

Product Information

• Components:
  • Component A: Transparent liquid, 20kg/barrel.
  • Component B: Brown-red liquid, 10kg/barrel.
• Mixing Ratio: A:B = 2:1 (by weight).
• Packaging: Printed metal drums. Recommended stacking up to three layers.
• Storage: Store at 5-35℃ in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.

Surface Preparation

Before application, ensure the base surface is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or old coatings. The concrete floor should meet the following requirements:

• Compressive Strength: ≥20MPa.
• Tensile Strength: ≥1.5MPa.
• Flatness: ±4mm/2m.

Application Guidelines

• Theoretical Coverage: Approximately 0.15 kg/square meter.
• Mixing Ratio: A:B = 2:1 (by weight). Mix thoroughly before use.
• Pot Life: Use within 20 minutes after mixing.
• Application Methods: Roller coating, scraping, or spraying. Ensure even application without accumulation or leakage.
• Dilution: 0-30% (if necessary).

Construction Conditions

• Ground Temperature: 5-35℃.
• Ambient Temperature: 5-35℃.
• Moisture Content: <8%.
• Relative Humidity: <80%.

Safety & First Aid

• Skin Contact: Wash with plenty of water and remove contaminated clothing.
• Eye Contact: Rinse with running water or saline. Seek medical attention if necessary.
• Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Keep the airway open. Seek medical attention if unwell.
• Ingestion: Rinse mouth, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
