Product Introduction

E811 Solvent-Free Epoxy Primer is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin varnish designed for sealing and preparing porous substrates such as concrete, terrazzo, and other base surfaces. Composed of liquid epoxy resin, low-viscosity curing agent, and monofunctional small molecule epoxy, this product offers excellent penetration, strong adhesion, and low VOC emissions. It is ideal for use in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, and offices, as well as for repairing damaged foundation floor expansion joints.

• Components:
  • Component A: Transparent liquid, 20kg/barrel.
  • Component B: Brown-red liquid, 10kg/barrel.
• Mixing Ratio: A:B = 2:1 (by weight).
• Packaging: Printed metal drums. Recommended stacking up to three layers.
• Storage: Store at 5-35℃ in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.

Application Guidelines

• Surface Preparation:
  • Ensure the concrete floor is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
  • Use a floor grinder to remove floating dust and open capillary pores on the base surface.
• Coverage: Approximately 0.15 kg/square meter.
• Application Method: Apply by roller coating, scraping, or spraying.
• Dilution: 0-30% (if necessary).
• Pot Life: Use within 20 minutes after mixing.

Construction Conditions

• Ground Temperature: 5-35℃.
• Ambient Temperature: 5-35℃.
• Moisture Content: <8%.
• Relative Humidity: <80%.

Safety & First Aid

• Skin Contact: Wash with plenty of water and remove contaminated clothing.
• Eye Contact: Rinse with running water or saline. Seek medical attention if necessary.
• Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Keep the airway open. Seek medical attention if unwell.
• Ingestion: Rinse mouth, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
