Product Introduction

E156 Water-Based Epoxy Primer is a water-diluted, two-component epoxy primer designed for preparing and sealing porous substrates such as concrete floors. Composed of water-based epoxy curing agent, epoxy resin, deionized water, and additives, this product offers excellent adhesion, low VOC emissions, and easy application. It is ideal for use in industrial plants, warehouses, parking lots, and garages, providing a green and durable solution for high-demand flooring projects.

Product Information

• Components:
  • Component A: Yellow transparent liquid, 18kg/barrel.
  • Component B: Colorless transparent liquid, 6kg/barrel.
• Mixing Ratio: A:B = 3:1 (by weight).
• Packaging: Printed metal drums. Recommended stacking up to three layers.
• Storage: Store at 5-35℃ in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.

Application Guidelines

• Surface Preparation:
  • Ensure the concrete floor is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
  • Use a floor grinder to remove floating dust and open capillary pores on the base surface.
• Coverage: Approximately 0.1 kg/square meter (may vary depending on substrate looseness).
• Application Method: Apply by roller coating, scraping, or spraying.
• Dilution:
  • First Coat: Add 50% water by volume.
  • Second Coat: Add 30-40% water by volume.
• Pot Life: Use immediately after mixing.

Construction Conditions

• Ground Temperature: 10-35℃.
• Ambient Temperature: 10-35℃.
• Moisture Content: <8%.
• Relative Humidity: <80%.

Safety & First Aid

• Skin Contact: Wash with plenty of water and remove contaminated clothing.
• Eye Contact: Rinse with running water or saline. Seek medical attention if necessary.
• Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Keep the airway open. Seek medical attention if unwell.
• Ingestion: Rinse mouth, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
