E159X Epoxy Primer is a solvent-based, two-component epoxy resin coating designed for base floor and wall treatment. Known for its excellent penetration, strong adhesion, and durability, this primer is resistant to water, mildew, acids, and alkalis. It is ideal for preparing surfaces in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, and office spaces for the application of epoxy coatings.

Product Information

• Components:
  • Component A: Transparent liquid, 18kg/barrel.
  • Component B: Light brown liquid, 4.5kg/barrel.
• Proporción de mezcla: A:B = 1:1 (by weight).
• Packaging: Printed metal drums. Recommended stacking up to three layers.
• Storage: Store at 5-35℃ in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.

Application Guidelines

• Surface Preparation:
  • Ensure the concrete floor is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
  • Use a floor grinder to remove floating dust and protruding residues.
• Coverage: Approximately 0.15-0.6kg/square meter (depending on ground conditions).
• Método de aplicación: Apply by scraping or rolling using a trowel or roller brush.
• Pot Life:
  • 180 minutes at 10℃.
  • 120 minutes at 20℃.
  • 60 minutes at 30℃.
• Curing Time:
  • 24 hours at 5-15℃.
  • 12 hours at 15-20℃.
  • 8 hours at 20-30℃.

Recommended Floor System

• 1mm Thin Coating Epoxy Floor System:
  • Primer: 1-2 coats of E159X epoxy primer (0.15-0.6kg/㎡).
  • Intermediate Coat: 1-2 coats of E820 epoxy intermediate paint with sand (0.3kg/㎡ per 1mm thickness).
  • Topcoat: 2 coats of E550 epoxy topcoat (0.3-0.35kg/㎡) or 1 coat of E860 epoxy topcoat (0.25-0.27kg/㎡).

Safety & First Aid

• Contacto con la piel: Wash with plenty of water and remove contaminated clothing.
• Contacto visual: Rinse with running water or saline. Seek medical attention if necessary.
• Inhalación: Move to fresh air. Keep the airway open. Seek medical attention if unwell.
• Ingestión: Rinse mouth, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.

Precauciones

• Mixing: Thoroughly mix components A and B before use.
• Tiempo de secado: Allow the product to fully dry before proceeding to the next construction step.
• Proporción de mezcla: Strictly follow the 1:1 ratio (A:B ) and use within the pot life.
• Storage: Stir well before use if precipitation occurs.
