E552 Anti-Static Self-Leveling Epoxy Coating is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy topcoat designed for environments requiring static discharge and stable resistance. This product is ideal for use with corresponding anti-static primers or intermediate paints, making it perfect for industrial facilities, computer rooms, control centers, and other areas with anti-static requirements. It offers excellent leveling properties, high durability, and a variety of color options, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Product Information

• Components:
  • Component A: Solid color viscous liquid, 20kg/barrel.
  • Component B: Viscous liquid, 5kg/barrel.
• Proporción de mezcla: A:B = 4:1 (by weight).
• Embalaje: Printed metal drums. Recommended stacking up to three layers.
• Storage: Store at 5-35℃ in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.

Normas de aplicación

• Preparación de la superficie:
  • Ensure the concrete floor is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
  • Use putty to smooth cracks and holes, and apply a primer to seal the base surface.
• Cobertura: Approximately 0.8-1 kg/square meter.
• Método de aplicación: Apply by scraping with a trowel and use a defoaming roller to arrange conductive fibers.
• Vida útil: Use within 30 minutes after mixing.
• Dilution: 0-5% (if necessary).
