E337 Epoxy Middle Coating is a two-component, solvent-based, low-odor epoxy resin intermediate coating designed for base leveling and surface preparation. It contains filler materials, allowing it to be tinted to match the color of the topcoat. With its low cost, excellent adhesion, high strength, and durability, E337 is ideal for leveling applications in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, and office spaces.

Product Information

• Components:
  • Component A: Solid color viscous liquid, 20kg/barrel.
  • Component B: Curing agent, 5kg/barrel.
• Proporción de mezcla: A:B = 4:1 (by weight).
• Embalaje: Printed metal drums. Recommended stacking up to three layers.
• Storage: Store at 5-35℃ in a cool, dry, and ventilated area. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Avoid direct sunlight.

Normas de aplicación

• Preparación de la superficie:
  • Ensure the concrete floor is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
  • Use a floor grinder to remove floating dust and protruding residues.
• Cobertura: Approximately 0.4kg/square meter per 1mm thickness (when used with sand).
• Método de aplicación: Apply by scraping using a trowel.
• Vida útil:
  • 90 minutes at 10℃.
  • 60 minutes at 20℃.
  • 30 minutes at 30℃.
• Tiempo de curado:
  • 48 hours at 5-15℃.
  • 36 hours at 15-20℃.
  • 24 hours at 20-30℃.

Recommended Floor System

• 1mm Thin Coating Epoxy Floor System:
  • Imprimación: 1-2 coats of E159X epoxy primer (0.15-0.2kg/㎡).
  • Capa intermedia: 1-2 coats of E337 epoxy intermediate paint with sand (0.4kg/㎡ per 1mm thickness).
  • Capa de acabado: 1 coat of E860 epoxy topcoat (0.06-0.08kg/㎡) or 2 coats of E556 epoxy topcoat (0.22-0.27kg/㎡).

Safety & First Aid

• Contacto con la piel: Wash with plenty of water and remove contaminated clothing.
• Contacto visual: Rinse with running water or saline. Seek medical attention if necessary.
• Inhalación: Move to fresh air. Keep the airway open. Seek medical attention if unwell.
• Ingestión: Rinse mouth, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.

Precauciones

• Color Matching: The color is similar to the topcoat but not identical.
• Tiempo de secado: Allow 12-24 hours of drying before the next construction step.
• Proporción de mezcla: Strictly follow the 4:1 ratio (A:B ) and use within the pot life.
• Storage: Stir well before use if precipitation occurs. Avoid using as a repair material due to solvent content.
