Application Scope
PU3600 is ideal for any area where increased wear resistance is required. It is widely used in industrial workshops, indoor parking lots, warehouses, and other high-traffic environments. Whether you need to protect concrete floors from heavy machinery or enhance the durability of pedestrian walkways, PU3600 provides unmatched protection and a smooth, long-lasting finish.
Precautions
- Environmental Requirements: The concrete floor must have a compressive strength of ≥20MPa and a tensile strength of ≥1.5MPa. The surface should be flat (±4mm/2m straightedge), dry, clean, and free of oil and other contaminants.
- Application Conditions:
- Base ground temperature: 0-35℃
- Application environment temperature: 0-35℃
- Base ground moisture content: <8%
- Relative humidity of application environment: <80%
- Surface Preparation: Remove dust, sand, grease, and old coatings from the base surface before application. Fill cracks and holes with putty to achieve a smooth surface. Seal the base surface with a primer, apply intermediate coating for leveling, and brush with a matching intermediate coat of the same color as the topcoat.
- Theoretical Consumption: Approximately 0.1 kg per square meter (for one coat).
- Usage Method: Mix components A:B:C at a weight ratio of 5:2:3. Stir thoroughly and use strictly according to the ratio. After scraping, use a roller to even out the surface. To ensure consistent color of the topcoat, an intermediate coat matching the topcoat color must be applied. The intermediate coat can be either solvent-based epoxy or solvent-free epoxy.
