Industrial Coatings Manufacturer & Global Flooring Solutions Contractor
KAIDA PAINT® flooring systems are complete resinous build-ups: primer, body coat and topcoat specified together as one reactive package. The range covers five material families — epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious urethane, polyaspartic and polyurea, and MMA acrylic — plus dedicated groups for anti-static floors, self-levelling epoxy, self-levelling cement and garages. Every system on this page is selected by service environment first and by appearance second: what the floor has to survive, whether that is chemical contact, thermal shock, rising moisture, abrasive traffic or a shutdown window measured in hours, decides the family. Each system is supplied from primer to topcoat, so the layers are compatible by design.

A resinous flooring system is the complete build-up — primer, body coat and topcoat — sold and specified as one package. A coating is a single layer that goes into that build-up. The distinction decides what you have to specify, what arrives on site, and who owns compatibility between the layers.
| Flooring system | Floor coating | |
|---|---|---|
| What you buy | The whole build-up: primer, body coat and topcoat | One layer — a primer, a mid-coat or a topcoat |
| Specified by | The service environment: chemicals, temperature, moisture, traffic and the shutdown window | Its position in the build-up |
| Supplied as | One package, with the mixing ratios stated for the combination | An individual pack |
| Where it is listed | This section | Epoxy Floor Coating, Urethane Floor Coating and the other coating sections |
Select by service environment first. The conditions below decide the material family; the finish is decided afterwards.
| The floor has to survive | Material family | Why that family |
|---|---|---|
| Chemical spills and aggressive washdown | High-build epoxy | Builds a seamless, chemical-resistant body at higher thickness than a coating |
| Thermal shock, steam cleaning, cold rooms | Cementitious urethane | Formulated to take thermal shock and moisture alongside chemical contact |
| Rising moisture, no damp-proof membrane | Cementitious urethane | Moisture-tolerant, so it can be laid where a membrane is absent |
| Return to service within hours | MMA acrylic, polyaspartic and polyurea | These cure fastest, which is why they suit short shutdown windows |
| UV exposure and colour retention | Polyaspartic and polyurea | UV-stable, so the surface does not amber in daylight |
| Abrasion from tracked vehicles | Quartz-filled epoxy | Mineral aggregate carried in the body coat takes the wear |
| Static control for electronics or solvents | Anti-static epoxy | Provides a controlled conductive path across the floor |
| A residential garage, decorative finish | Flake or quartz epoxy, polyurea | Decorative aggregate in a build-up that takes vehicle traffic |
The primer is chosen together with the body coat, not after it. Because each system here is supplied as one package, the mixing ratios, the inter-coat window and the surface preparation grade are stated for the combination rather than for each layer on its own. That closes two common failure points: an incompatible primer under a body coat, and a topcoat applied outside its recoat window.
A flooring system is the whole build-up from primer to topcoat, supplied as one package. A floor coating is a single layer within it — a primer, a mid-coat or a topcoat. If you already have a sound substrate and need one layer, the coating sections are the right place to start; if the substrate or the service conditions are the problem, specify the system.
Start from what the floor is exposed to. Where the plant steam-cleans, hot-washes or runs cold rooms, the cementitious urethane group is the usual starting point, because thermal shock and moisture sit alongside chemical contact there. Where the exposure is chemical and abrasive without thermal cycling, a high-build epoxy system fits. Urethane mortar systems cover the food and beverage processing route.
It depends on the family. The MMA acrylic and polyaspartic/polyurea groups cure fastest, which is why they are chosen where the shutdown window is short. Each system datasheet states its own open-to-foot-traffic and open-to-vehicle time at a given temperature — check that against your shutdown window before the system is fixed.
Each system on this page is supplied as a complete package, primer through topcoat, with the mixing ratios stated per pack. Send the floor area, the service conditions and the shutdown window, and we will specify the build-up and the pack quantities.
Send the floor area, the chemicals and temperatures the floor is exposed to, and the shutdown window. We will come back with the build-up, the pack quantities and the surface preparation grade.
KAIDA PAINT® and JINYU PAINT® are brands of the same manufacturing group.
Epoxy resins, curing agents, pigments, fillers and solvents are sourced from established international chemical suppliers. Every incoming batch is inspected and released to production only after it passes the factory’s incoming-material check. Each batch record is filed so that a finished product can be traced back to the materials it was made from.
Formulations are developed and adjusted in the factory laboratory. Each production run is blended to a recorded formula with a fixed mixing ratio and mixing sequence, and the batch is checked for viscosity and gel time before it is released for filling. Formulations are tuned to specific performance targets – adhesion, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance or VOC content – rather than to a single generic specification.
Each batch is tested before packing. Testing covers the properties that determine how the coating performs on site – adhesion, abrasion resistance, hardness, gloss level and solids content – against the product’s technical data sheet. Test reports are issued per batch and can be supplied with the shipment.
Production runs on the factory’s coating lines, where the coatings are mixed in large batches and filled into pails or drums. Every container is labeled with the product code, batch number and production date, and the label carries the KAIDA PAINT® brand, so a delivered container can always be matched back to its batch record.
Color matching is carried out in-house against the factory’s standard color range. Where a project needs a specific shade, a color chip is prepared and submitted to the customer for written approval before production starts, so the delivered material matches what was approved.
Water-based and solvent-free systems are formulated to meet the VOC limits that apply in the destination market. The VOC content of each product is stated in g/L on its technical data sheet, so a specifier can check compliance against the regulation for their own project rather than relying on a general claim.
Technical support covers system selection, substrate assessment, application guidance and fault diagnosis – before, during and after delivery. Where a project requires it, application is carried out by installers, and the team that advised on the specification stays involved during application.
Orders are packed for export with the documents a project needs – technical data sheet, safety data sheet and batch test report. Packing and labeling are adjusted to the requirements of the destination market. Recent projects shipped from the factory include a 10,000 m² food plant floor in Venezuela, an industrial flooring project in Sweden, and a battery plant renovation in Hungary.
