Product Information

The material is dry mixed powder material

Packaging: Moisture-proof paper bag packaging. It is recommended to stack 6-8 layers when stacking.

Grassroots requirements

The grade of the concrete floor should be greater than C25, the tensile strength should be ≥1.5Mpa, and the flatness should be ±4mm/2m based on ruler. The base surface must be dry, clean, and free of oil and other pollutants.

Basic treatment

Use a sandblasting machine or floor grinder to sandblast and polish the entire ground to be constructed to remove floating dust on the base surface.

Precautions

After the base layer is polished, pay attention to whether there are any cracks on the ground. If there are any cracks, they should be dealt with first before proceeding with the next step. The cement surface must be flat, and the height difference within two meters must be less than 4mm.
