Substrate Preparation
Steel must be sandblasted and coated with:
✔ Epoxy zinc-rich primer + epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat (recommended).Incompatible substrates: Uncoated steel or galvanized surfaces.
Application Guide
Mixing: Stir with electric mixer; add ≤5% water if needed.
Spraying:
Apply in crosshatch layers (1–2mm per pass).
First layer: ≤1.5mm thickness.
Drying time: 12+ hours between coats (adjust for temperature).
Medio ambiente:
Temperatura: 15–30°C (limits: 5–35°C).
Humedad: ≤80%.
Reinforcement: Utilice fiberglass mesh for critical areas.
Storage & Transport
- Store in dry, ventilated areas (≥5°C).
Shelf life: 6 months (avoid moisture).
