E860 Spreadable Epoxy Top Coat is a high-performance, thin-coat epoxy topcoat formulated with premium epoxy resin and curing agents. Known for its high gloss, excellent leveling properties, and vibrant colors, this product is ideal for protecting and decorating floors in industrial buildings, warehouses, parking lots, hospitals, canteens, and residential spaces. It can be easily applied by spraying or roller coating, making it a versatile choice for both professional and DIY projects.

• Componentes:
  • Componente A: Líquido viscoso de color sólido, 20kg/barril.
  • Component B: Yellowish transparent liquid, 5kg/barrel.
• Embalaje: Bidones metálicos impresos. Se recomienda apilar hasta tres capas.
• Almacenamiento: Almacenar a 5-35℃ en lugar fresco, seco y ventilado. Mantener alejado del fuego y de fuentes de calor. Evitar la luz solar directa.

Before application, ensure the base surface is dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, or old coatings. The concrete floor should meet the following requirements:

• Resistencia a la compresión: ≥20MPa.
• Resistencia a la tracción: ≥1,5MPa.
• Planitud: ±4mm/2m.

Normas de aplicación

• Cobertura teórica: Aproximadamente 0.25-0.35 kg/square meter (varies by color).
• Proporción de mezcla: A:B = 4:1 (by weight). Mix thoroughly before use.
• Vida útil: Use within 45 minutes after mixing.
• Métodos de aplicación: Brushing, rolling, or spraying. Ensure even application without accumulation or leakage.
• Dilución: 0-5% (si es necesario).

• Temperatura del suelo: 5-35℃.
• Temperatura ambiente: 5-35℃.
• Contenido de humedad: <8%.
• Humedad relativa: <80%.

Consejos para la construcción

• Ensure the construction environment is clean and dust-free.
• Stir the paint thoroughly after opening to avoid color differences.
• Avoid construction at temperatures below 5℃ or in humid conditions.
• Ideal construction humidity: 35%-80% (relative humidity).
