Instruction
Construction technical requirements:
1. The cement grade shall not be lower than No, 425, The water-cement ratio shall not be greater than 0.52. The length of the coarse bone particle size should not exceed 2/3 of the length of the steel fiber male.3. The steel fiber volume of steel fiber concrete should not be less than 0.5%, generally between 0.5-3%. and1.5%–2.5% is recommended; that is, the dosage range per cubic meter of concrete is: 5-30kg, and 15-25kg isrecommended.
4. Sea sand is not allowed to be mixed with steel fiber concrete, and chlorine salt is strictly prohibited.5. in addition to the above provisions, other materials used in steel fiber concrete should comply with the provisionson raw materials used in reinforced concrete in the current specifications.6. The consistency of steel fiber concrete can be determined by referring to the consistency required for ordinaryconcrete in similar projects. its slump value can be smaller than the corresponding required value for ordinaryconcrete.
7. When the steel fiber concrete cushion and surface layer with shrinkage joints of flat joint structure is not coveredwith a foundation reinforcement layer such as lime soil under the cushion and meets the following conditions at thesame time:
a. The thickness of the cushion and surface layer before reduction shall not exceed 130mm.b. The thickness of the foundation reinforcement layer is greater than the thickness of the cushion layer. ltsthickness can be multiplied by the reduction factor 0.75, but shall not be less than 50mmDischarging requirements:Steel fiber and coarse aggregate-+Stir for 30 seconds ,Add sand and cement-Stir for 30 seconds-Add waterStir for 3 minutesCompaction:
1. When pouring steel fiber concrete, mix it as you go and pour it continuously. Construction joints must not beopened until the dividing joints are reached. The concrete should be vibrated and compacted during pouring.2. Plastering: Embossed steel fiber concrete has the characteristics of fine collection of coarse materials, highsand rate, and random fiber distribution. it is mechanically smoothed to prevent fiber exposure. The embossingprocess using an embossing machine can also avoid the fiber exposure caused by pulling. After 24 hours, it shouldbe maintained in a timely manner according to routine. in summer, it should be covered with straw bags and thelike,and in winter,pay attention to heat preservation.
