5. Application Guide
5.1 Surface Preparation
- New steel: Blast clean to Sa2 (ISO 8501-1:2007 / GB/T 8923-2011) o SSPC-SP6.
- Old steel: Hand tool clean to St3.
- Minimum roughness: 50µm.
- Substrate temperature: ≥5°C & 3°C above dew point.

- Mixing ratio: 30:3 (Base : Hardener)
- Pot life:
- 15°C: 3h | 25°C: 2h | 35°C: 1h
- Thinner: JinYu No.1 Thinner
- Application methods:
- Airless spray (Nozzle: 0.38-0.53mm, Pressure: 15MPa)
