Product Introduction:

This product is a new solvent-based exterior wall coating based on imported acrylic resin and low-toxicity solvent gasoline as the dispersion medium.

Product Features:

*Gloss: mercerized, matte

*Strong adhesion and excellent alkali resistance

*Can be constructed under lower temperature conditions

*Good water, alkali and weather resistance.

Scope of application:

It is suitable for decoration and protection of buildings with various base materials, as well as renovation of various old walls.

Technical Parameters:

Implementation standard: GB/T9757-2014

Theoretical paint consumption: 4 square meters/kg/two coats

Drying time: Surface dry for 2 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50%)

Hard work for 4 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50%)

Recoating time: 6 hours (at an ambient temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50%)

Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production (unopened)

Use Reference:

*The base layer should be dry, clean, flat and strong.

*New substrate moisture content is less than 10%. The pH value is less than 10.

*It can be painted by spraying, rolling or brushing. Generally, it is painted twice. The recoating interval is 4-6 hours. It can be appropriately extended in winter. When the color of the base material is lighter, the number of paints can be increased appropriately.

*When the paint is too thick, it can be diluted with no more than 5% 200# gasoline.

*Construction method: roller coating or spraying

*Cleaning of utensils: Wash them promptly with special diluent when not in use

*Safety and labor protection: Safety measures should be taken during construction and labor protection clothing should be worn.
