Produktintroduktion:

“Medi”  alkali-resistant sealing primer is a multi-functional alkali-resistant primer formulated from high-quality raw materials such as soap-free acrylic emulsion. It has excellent penetration ability and can effectively prevent water-soluble substances from precipitating from the cement base layer. It has strong adhesion to the substrate and high bonding strength. It can greatly improve the adhesion of the topcoat and has the properties of saving topcoat and improving the gloss of the topcoat.

Basbehandling och konstruktionsmetoder

■ Substrate: It should be solid, clean and dry, the moisture content must be less than 10%, and the PH should be less than 10. For powdered substrates, use tools such as a spatula or wire brush to remove the powdered layer and completely remove mold spots.

■ Old paint film: Check the aging of the old paint film, and remove loose parts thoroughly.

■ Salting out: It is recommended to use oxalic acid solution of appropriate concentration (specifically determined according to the degree of salting out, but generally no more than 5%), then rinse with clean high-pressure water and dry.

■ It can be applied by roller, brush or spray. Add water to dilute it evenly as appropriate. The amount of water added is generally not more than 15%. Wash tools promptly with clean water when not in use. It is recommended to use water-resistant putty for interior walls and high-strength exterior wall putty.

■ Konstruktionstemperaturen bör inte vara lägre än 5 ℃, luftfuktigheten bör vara lägre än 85% och substrattemperaturen bör inte vara lägre än 10 ℃.

■ Store in a dry, cool, airtight warehouse with a temperature above 5°C. The storage and transportation temperature is preferably between 5°C and 35°C.

■ The paint is water-based, non-toxic, non-flammable, and can be stored and transported as non-dangerous goods.

■ The shelf life is 24 months. The factory date can be found on the can or the certificate.
