E337 Epoxy Middle Coating is a two-component, solvent-based, low-odor epoxy resin intermediate coating designed for base leveling and surface preparation. It contains filler materials, allowing it to be tinted to match the color of the topcoat. With its low cost, excellent adhesion, high strength, and durability, E337 is ideal for leveling applications in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, and office spaces.

• Komponenter:
  • Komponent A: Fast färgad viskös vätska, 20 kg/fat.
  • Component B: Curing agent, 5kg/barrel.
• Blandningsförhållande: A:B = 4:1 (i vikt).
• Förpackning: Tryckta metalltrummor. Rekommenderad stapling upp till tre lager.
• Förvaring: Förvaras vid 5-35°C på en sval, torr och ventilerad plats. Hålls borta från eld och värmekällor. Undvik direkt solljus.

Riktlinjer för ansökan

• Förberedelse av ytan:
  • Se till att betonggolvet är torrt, rent och fritt från damm, fett och andra föroreningar.
  • Use a floor grinder to remove floating dust and protruding residues.
• Täckning: Ungefär 0.4kg/square meter per 1mm thickness (when used with sand).
• Tillämpningsmetod: Apply by scraping using a trowel.
• Livet på krukan:
  • 90 minutes at 10℃.
  • 60 minutes at 20℃.
  • 30 minutes at 30℃.
• Härdningstid:
  • 48 hours at 5-15℃.
  • 36 hours at 15-20℃.
  • 24 hours at 20-30℃.

Recommended Floor System

• 1mm Thin Coating Epoxy Floor System:
  • Primer: 1-2 coats of E159X epoxy primer (0.15-0.2kg/㎡).
  • Mellanliggande kappa: 1-2 coats of E337 epoxy intermediate paint with sand (0.4kg/㎡ per 1mm thickness).
  • Topplack: 1 coat of E860 epoxy topcoat (0.06-0.08kg/㎡) or 2 coats of E556 epoxy topcoat (0.22-0.27kg/㎡).

Säkerhet & Första hjälpen

• Hudkontakt: Tvätta med rikligt med vatten och ta av förorenade kläder.
• Ögonkontakt: Skölj med rinnande vatten eller saltlösning. Sök läkarvård om det behövs.
• Inandning: Flytta till frisk luft. Håll luftvägarna öppna. Uppsök läkare om du mår dåligt.
• Förtäring: Skölj munnen, framkalla kräkning och uppsök läkare.

Försiktighetsåtgärder

• Color Matching: The color is similar to the topcoat but not identical.
• Torktid: Allow 12-24 hours of drying before the next construction step.
• Blandningsförhållande: Strictly follow the 4:1 ratio (A:B ) and use within the pot life.
• Förvaring: Omrör väl före användning om utfällning inträffar. Undvik att använda som reparationsmaterial på grund av lösningsmedelsinnehållet.
