Diretrizes de candidatura
Preparação da superfície
Clean and degrease steel thoroughly (SSPC-SP1 or equivalent).
Remove rust, old paint, and contaminants.
Mixing & Thinning
Stir base component mechanically before adding 5-15% water.
Mix with hardener as specified.
Aplicação por pulverização
Nozzle size: 0.28–0.38 mm
Pressure: 15 MPa (adjust based on equipment)
DFT range: 30–60 µm (avoid excessive thickness).
Drying & Curing
Allow 7 days for full cure before exposure to harsh conditions.
