This steel fireproof coating is specially formulated for indoor applications, offering strong adhesion, excellent fire resistance, and superior decorative effects. It is widely used for fire protection in commercial, industrial, and residential steel structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Panduan Persiapan & Aplikasi Permukaan

1. Perawatan Permukaan
Proper surface preparation is critical for the durability of the fire-resistant coating for steel. For new steel structures, sandblasting and rust removal are required, followed by an anti-corrosion primer such as epoxy zinc-rich paint. Galvanized steel must be treated with an epoxy transition coat to ensure adhesion. For old or repainted steel, inspect the existing coating for damage—reapply anti-rust treatment if necessary. Ensure the surface is clean, free of oil, dust, and defects before application.

2. Aplikasi Pelapisan
Stir the intumescent fireproof paint thoroughly using an electric mixer. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of compatible thinner (not exceeding 10%). Apply the coating in alternating directions, maintaining a wet film thickness of 0.2–0.25mm per layer. Allow each layer to dry for at least 24 hours before recoating. For optimal performance, embed alkali-free fiberglass mesh at 1.2–1.5mm dry film thickness, overlapping seams by 5–10cm. Avoid application in high humidity (<80%) or temperatures below 5°C to prevent adhesion issues.
