STI-C is China’s first outdoor non-intumescent fire retardant coating for steel structures, specially designed to withstand hydrocarbon fires. This water-based inorganic fireproof paint is eco-friendly, non-toxic, and pollution-free.

Test Reports & Certifications:

STI-C complies with China’s GB14907-2018 fire resistance standard, achieving certified耐火时长 (fire ratings): 1.0h, 1.5h, 2.0h, 2.5h, 3.0h. It also holds:

• CCCF certification from the National Emergency Management Ministry.

• AQ1 toxicity rating for low smoke hazard.

Requisitos do substrato:

• Steel surfaces must be sandblasted and coated with anti-corrosion primer (recommended: epoxy zinc-rich primer + epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat).

• Incompatible substrates: Uncoated steel or galvanized surfaces (risk of corrosion and coating failure).

• Pre-construction inspection: Ensure no cracks, weld defects, dust, or oil residue.

Application Guide:

1. Base Layer (Textured):

   • Mix STI-C powder : adhesive = 2:1, add water, and spray to 1–3mm thickness. Cure for 24h.

2. Main Coating:

   • Mix STI-C powder : water = 1:0.8–1.2. Spray in 6–8mm layers (max 0.6m nozzle distance, 0.6–0.8MPa pressure).

3. Reinforcement:

   • At ~10mm thickness, embed fiberglass mesh (5–10cm overlap).

4. Ambiente:

   • Temperatura: 15–30°C (limits: 5–35°C).

   • Humidade: 10–70% (limits: 0–80%).

   • Avoid rain/snow; protect unfinished areas.

Storage & Transport:

• Store in dry, ventilated areas away from sunlight and moisture.

• Shelf life: 6 months (≥5°C).

Embalagem:

Each package includes:

• Fire product ID label (A-tag).

• Verification label (B-tag) on the quality certificate.
