Introduction:

The E8308 Epoxy Colored Quartz Sand Self-Leveling Floor Topcoat is a two-component, thick-coat epoxy top coat paint designed for high-performance flooring coating. Product Details:

The material is composed of two components:

• Component A: Viscous, solid-colored liquid+Colored sand (3 kg per bucket)
• Component B: Transparent liquid (19.5 kg per bucket)

Packaging:

Printed metal packaging drums, recommended stacking no more than three layers high.

Storage:

Store at temperatures between 5-35°C in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Substrate Requirements:

Concrete floor compressive strength ≥20 MPa, tensile strength ≥1.5 MPa, flatness ±4 mm per 2 m ruler. The surface must be dry, clean, and free from oil, grease, or other contaminants.

Before applying, remove dust, sand, grease, and old coatings from the substrate. Use putty to fill cracks and holes, then apply primer to seal the substrate before applying the epoxy flooring top coat.

Petunjuk Aplikasi:

1. Mixing Ratio: The base component and curing agent must be mixed at a 6:1 weight ratio. Mix thoroughly and use within 30 minutes.
2. Application Method: Apply using a notched trowel, followed by a foam roller to remove bubbles and ensure an even, smooth surface.
3. Theoretical Coverage: Approximately 2 kg/m².

Drying Time:

• Dry to Touch: <6 hours (at 25°C, 50% relative humidity)
• Fully Cured: <48 hours

Construction Conditions:

• Suhu: Floor temperature 5-35°C, ambient temperature 5-35°C
• Kelembaban: Ideal relative humidity for application is between 35%-80%.
