Description
The 2-Coat Polyurea System
Our 2-Coat Polyurea System delivers professional-grade performance for residential garages and light commercial spaces. While thinner than traditional epoxy coatings, it offers equal durability with enhanced UV stability that won’t yellow or fade over time.
What makes this system truly exceptional is its DIY-friendly application. Forget paying 2-3x the material cost for professional installation – our formulation allows even first-time users to achieve flawless results. The secret lies in our advanced hybrid chemistry that combines the best properties of polyurea, polyaspartic, and moisture-cured urethanes.
The Smarter Choice in Garage Floor Protection
Why settle for outdated epoxy systems that require additional urethane topcoats for protection? Our innovative formulation builds comprehensive protection right into the system itself. Experience the perfect balance of:
- Unmatched chemical resistance
- Virtually unlimited working time
- Professional-looking results without roller marks
- Minimal long-term maintenance
The result? A incredibly durable, chemical-resistant floor that’s surprisingly simple to install. While proper floor preparation remains essential, the application process itself is straightforward and forgiving. Transform your space with confidence, knowing you’ve chosen a coating system that outperforms conventional options where it matters most.

Easy DIY Installation in 2 Coats
Prep Your Floor: Etch or grind concrete. No primer needed—Polyurea penetrates deeper than epoxy.
Appliquer la couche de base : Tint as needed (see tinting guidelines below). Roll evenly at 200 sq. ft./gallon.
Flocons de diffusion : Sprinkle flakes evenly before the base coat tacks.
Topcoat with Clear: Mix in anti-skid additive. Recoat within 6–15 hours.
Winter Installation Tip:
We now approve installations down to 35°F. Warm your garage for 2 days prior, and schedule a free phone walkthrough with our experts.
Thickness Matters: Don’t “Cover” Your Floor—Build It
While competitors thin materials to cover 300 sq. ft./gallon, we apply at 200 sq. ft./gallon for maximum thickness. Result? 4.4x thicker than cheap coatings and 20–30% thicker than similar systems.
Why Thickness = Performance:
Better color depth and gloss.
Hides subfloor imperfections.
Enhanced durability against impacts and chemicals.
Tinting & Mixing Guide
All Colors Except White/Yellow: Use 5 fl. oz. of tint per quart. Mix all tinted material together before application.
White: Use 7.5 fl. oz. of tint per quart.
Add-On Kits: Split gallons for custom tinting (e.g., ½ clear + ½ color).
3 Coating Systems to Match Your Needs
2-Coat System: Base + clear. Perfect for most garages.
3-Coat System: Two color coats + clear. Ideal for vibrant colors or commercial use.
Full Broadcast System: Flakes as a wear layer + two clear coats. Maximum durability and texture hiding.
Important Notes Before You Buy
Temperature Warning: Apply above 50°F (or 35°F with winter protocols). Keep ignition sources away during curing.
Flake Limit: 2-coat systems support only included flake volume. For heavier coverage, upgrade to 3 coats.
