6. Precautions

6.1 Application Instructions

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from contamination.
New steel surfaces: Blast cleaning to Sa2 (ISO 8501-1:2007, GB/T 8923-2011) or SSPC-SP6. If rust occurs before coating, re-blast to required standards.
Old steel structures: Hand tool cleaning to St3.
Minimum surface roughness: 50µm.
Substrate temperature must be ≥5°C and at least 3°C above dew point.

Stir base component (A) with a mechanical mixer.
