5. Application Guide

5.1 Surface Preparation

New steel: Blast clean to Sa2 (ISO 8501-1:2007 / GB/T 8923-2011) или SSPC-SP6.
Old steel: Hand tool clean to St3.
Minimum roughness: 50µm.
Substrate temperature: ≥5°C & 3°C above dew point.

5.2 Mixing & Application

Mixing ratio: 30:3 (Base : Hardener)
Pot life:
- 15°C: 3h | 25°C: 2h | 35°C: 1h
Thinner: JinYu No.1 Thinner
Application methods:
- Airless spray (Nozzle: 0.38-0.53mm, Pressure: 15MPa)
- Brush/Roller (0-5% thinner)
- Conventional spray (5-15% thinner)
