Application Scope:

This epoxy intermediate floor coat is suitable for high-standard floor coatings in commercial and industrial spaces, including manufacturing floors, parking lots, and warehouses.

Instruções de candidatura:

1. Requisitos ambientais: Concrete floor compressive strength ≥ 20MPa, tensile strength ≥ 1.5MPa, flatness ± 4mm/2m ruler. Ensure the substrate is dry, clean, and free from oil and contaminants. Ideal humidity for construction is 35%-80% (relative humidity).
2. Condições de construção: Substrate temperature: 5-35°C, ambient temperature: 5-35°C, substrate moisture content: <8%, relative humidity: <80%.
3. Surface Treatment: Prior to application, remove dust, sand, grease, and old coatings from the surface. Fill cracks and holes with putty and seal the substrate with primer.
4. Theoretical Coverage: Approximately 0.8-1.0 kg/m².
5. Application Method: Mix the base component and curing agent at a 5:1 weight ratio. Apply with a notched trowel and use a foam roller to eliminate bubbles. Once mixed, the product should be used within 30 minutes. If the viscosity increases significantly, discard the mixture.
