E337 Epoxy Middle Coating is a two-component, solvent-based, low-odor epoxy resin intermediate coating designed for base leveling and surface preparation. It contains filler materials, allowing it to be tinted to match the color of the topcoat. With its low cost, excellent adhesion, high strength, and durability, E337 is ideal for leveling applications in industrial plants, warehouses, underground parking lots, and office spaces.

Informasi Produk

• Komponen:
  • Komponen A: Cairan kental berwarna solid, 20kg/barel.
  • Component B: Curing agent, 5kg/barrel.
• Rasio Pencampuran: A:B = 4:1 (by weight).
• Pengemasan: Drum logam yang dicetak. Direkomendasikan untuk menumpuk hingga tiga lapis.
• Penyimpanan: Simpan pada suhu 5-35 ℃ di tempat yang sejuk, kering, dan berventilasi. Jauhkan dari sumber api dan panas. Hindari sinar matahari langsung.

Panduan Aplikasi

• Persiapan Permukaan:
  • Pastikan lantai beton kering, bersih, dan bebas dari debu, minyak, atau kontaminan.
  • Gunakan penggiling lantai untuk menghilangkan debu yang mengambang dan residu yang menonjol.
• Cakupan: Kira-kira 0.4kg/square meter per 1mm thickness (when used with sand).
• Metode Aplikasi: Apply by scraping using a trowel.
• Kehidupan Pot:
  • 90 minutes at 10℃.
  • 60 minutes at 20℃.
  • 30 minutes at 30℃.
• Waktu Pengawetan:
  • 48 hours at 5-15℃.
  • 36 hours at 15-20℃.
  • 24 hours at 20-30℃.

Sistem Lantai yang Direkomendasikan

• Sistem Lantai Epoksi Lapisan Tipis 1mm:
  • Primer: 1-2 coats of E159X epoxy primer (0.15-0.2kg/㎡).
  • Mantel Menengah: 1-2 coats of E337 epoxy intermediate paint with sand (0.4kg/㎡ per 1mm thickness).
  • Mantel atas: 1 coat of E860 epoxy topcoat (0.06-0.08kg/㎡) or 2 coats of E556 epoxy topcoat (0.22-0.27kg/㎡).

Keselamatan & Pertolongan Pertama

• Kontak dengan Kulit: Cuci dengan banyak air dan lepaskan pakaian yang terkontaminasi.
• Kontak Mata: Bilas dengan air mengalir atau air garam. Cari bantuan medis jika perlu.
• Terhirup: Pindahkan ke udara segar. Jaga agar jalan napas tetap terbuka. Cari bantuan medis jika tidak sehat.
• Tertelan: Bilas mulut, dimuntahkan, dan cari bantuan medis.

Tindakan pencegahan

• Color Matching: The color is similar to the topcoat but not identical.
• Waktu Pengeringan: Allow 12-24 hours of drying before the next construction step.
• Rasio Pencampuran: Strictly follow the 4:1 ratio (A:B ) and use within the pot life.
• Penyimpanan: Aduk rata sebelum digunakan jika terjadi pengendapan. Hindari penggunaan sebagai bahan perbaikan karena kandungan pelarut.
