Six flooring chemistries — epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious urethane, polyaspartic, polyurea and MMA — plus industrial and architectural coatings, from a 60,000 m² plant running 28 reactors at 120,000 t a year, for contractors and distributors in 113 countries.
Because the same group carries the batch, the container and the floor, a specification cannot get lost between them. 3,000+ t held at the plant keeps lead time at 7 to 14 days instead of 30.

Production
How a Batch Is Made
Five stages from raw material to a sealed sample. The photographs below are taken on the same floor, not in a showroom.
STEP 01
Raw material intake
Incoming resins, pigments and aggregates are checked against the specification before release to production.
STEP 02
Weighing and dispersion
Automated weighing against the batch sheet, then high-speed dispersion.
STEP 03
Reaction and hold
Temperature-controlled reaction in one of 28 reactors, with a hold point before filling.
STEP 04
Filling and coding
Four filling lines; every batch is coded with its production date and batch number.
STEP 05
Retained sample and COA
A sealed sample stays at the plant, and a certificate of analysis is issued with the measured values.
Dispersion and reaction. Batch sheet checked at the tank before the reactor is charged.
Filling. Finished pails on the conveyor, each carrying its own batch code.
Discharge. Material drawn from the reactor straight into the shipping pail.

Most suppliers answer this question with the word “yes”. These are the five things that actually have to be decided before a private-label container can be loaded.

Your brand on the drum
Label artwork, colour and language versions of the datasheet, printed at the plant from your approved files.

Packaging to your market
Pail, drum and IBC formats with your SKU coding, batch coding and barcodes.

Minimum quantity per system
Volume is agreed against the system and the colour rather than as one blanket figure. Tell us the annual volume and the target market, and we quote against that.

Territory arrangements
Discussed against a committed annual volume. Technical documentation and formulation details are shared under NDA.

Samples before the container
A trial batch in the exact colour and system, sent before the first production run, so adhesion and cure are tested on your substrate first.
What we ask for in return
A target market, an annual volume and the substrate the system will be applied to. With those three, a written specification and a landed-cost estimate come back within one working day — without them, every quotation becomes a guess.
