Base treatment and construction methods<\/h3>\n

\u25a0Substrate: It should be solid, clean and dry, the moisture content must be less than 10%, and the PH should be less than 10. For powdered substrates, use tools such as a spatula or wire brush to remove the powdered layer and completely remove the mildew spots.
\n\u25a0 Old paint film: Check the aging of the old paint film, and remove loose parts thoroughly.
\n\u25a0 Salting out: It is recommended to treat with oxalic acid solution of appropriate concentration (specifically determined according to the degree of salting out, but generally no more than 5%), then rinse with clean high-pressure water and dry.
