This product is a water-based architectural paint with a decorative effect similar to marble and granite. It is mainly made of a variety of selected natural stone powders and processed by unique techniques.<\/p>\n

Base treatment and construction methods<\/h3>\n

1. The base material should be smooth, strong, dry, clean, and free of oil and dust. The pH value of the substrate should be less than 10. Moisture content should be less than 10%.<\/p>\n

2. Before construction, a special sealing primer for stone paint needs to be applied. Set lattice seams according to design requirements, and areas not to be sprayed should be covered and protected.<\/p>\n

3. After stirring the stone paint evenly, put the materials into a special spray gun for construction. For special colors, use a double-nozzle spray gun or multiple spray guns for mixed spraying.<\/p>\n

4. The spraying pressure is 0.4-0.8Mpa. First, quickly spray a thin layer of stone paint to allow the subsequent stone paint to adhere, and then spray slowly, steadily and evenly. After spraying, the dividing lines should be drawn out immediately (except for embedded lines)<\/p>\n

5. Appropriately increasing the distance between the nozzle and the airflow port can produce a larger dot effect with stronger concavity and convexity; when the nozzle and airflow port are closer, small dots and a flatter appearance surface will be obtained.<\/p>\n

6. After the stone paint is completely dry for more than 24 hours, polish the surface appropriately and remove dust.<\/p>\n

7. Overlay:<\/strong> Use a spray gun to load the overcoat and spray it evenly and thinly on the stone paint surface. You can also use the roller and brush method to directly roll and brush on the stone paint surface.<\/p>\n

8. Stir thoroughly before construction.<\/p>\n
